The Child Resource Centres of Don Bosco Namakkal extend our mission of care and support beyond the campus into the surrounding communities. These centres are spaces of encouragement, learning, and accompaniment for children who need educational support, guidance, and a nurturing environment in their everyday lives. Through them, we seek to remain close to children and families facing social, economic, or educational challenges.
At present, Don Bosco Namakkal reaches out through six Child Resource Centres located in SPS Nagar, Palappatti, Ganapathy Nagar, East Street, Veeripalayam, and N. Pudupatti. Each centre serves as a point of connection with the local community, offering children a supportive atmosphere where they can receive help in their studies, develop regular learning habits, and grow in confidence.
For many children, these centres become places not only of academic support but also of belonging, motivation, and personal attention. They help create child-friendly spaces within the community where children are guided, listened to, and encouraged to take their studies and future more seriously.
Through the Child Resource Centres, Don Bosco Namakkal also remains connected to families and neighbourhoods, making its mission more present and accessible. In this way, the centres serve not only as places of learning support, but also as signs of outreach, care, and commitment to the growth and well-being of children in the wider community.
